Yeah, I'm sure I just got a dud. I don't plan on getting another Toshiba again, though, because the customer service was TERRIBLE. In the event that something happens again, I don't want to have to deal with multiple unhelpful people, and I really don't want to have to pay almost $200 for their problem. :(
